Human Development Index of Melawi Regency 2022

The Human Development Index is an indicator of the achievement of the development of the quality of life of the community which is measured based on three basic dimensions, namely the dimensions of longevity and healthy life, knowledge, and decent living standards. The dimensions of longevity and healthy living are represented by the Life Expectancy (UHH) indicator at birth. The knowledge dimension is represented by the Expected Length of Schooling (HLS) and Average Length of Schooling (RLS) indicators. The dimension of decent living standards is represented by the Adjusted Per Capita Expenditure indicator. The Central Bureau of Statistics of Melawi Regency compiles the Publication of the Human Development Index (HDI) as an important source of information that can be used in the preparation of planning related to human development in Melawi Regency. The presentation method is carried out in the form of simple descriptive analysis using table and graph approaches to make it easier for users to understand the development of HDI achievements. The data and information presented comprise the human development situation of the results of HDI calculation.
