One of the strategic challenges of youth development is to create a future generation of the nation that is strong, independent, and competitive. In addition, the demographic bonus requires young people to be smart and wise in taking roles and opportunities. Realizing the urgency of the role of young people, the government is trying to develop the potential of young people through awareness, empowerment, and youth development in all fields as part of national development. The data used comes from the March 2023 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and the August 2023 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas).
