RESULTS OF LONG FORM POPULATION CENSUS 2020, MELAWI REGENCY

Indonesia is a country with enormous potential. In terms of population, Indonesia is the fourth largest country in the world after China, India and the United States. With the right strategy, the population as a potential resource can become the strength of the nation to realize the ideals of an advanced Indonesia.In 2022, exactly one decade of Indonesia's demographic bonus, BPS is committed to completing the mandate to carry out the Advanced Population Census (Long Form SP2020) with various challenges amid the Covid-19 pandemic. With the permission of God Almighty accompanied by the hard work of all parties, the Long Form SP2020 data collection has been completed. The journey of implementation and results of the Long Form SP2020 is briefly presented in the Indonesian population indicators booklet based on the results of the Long Form SP2020. The basic data coverage of the SP2020 Long Form results are indicators of fertility, mortality, mobility, disability, education, and housing.
